VACANCY – GALA CONVENOR

The Management Committee is urgently seeking a Volunteer to take up the following key vacancy which has now arisen at REN96 Swim Team

§ Gala Convenor

You will be responsible for arranging the REN Open Meet, the Club Championships and the Home Rounds of the Mini League.

We need a highly motivated individual who has good planning and organisational skills and who has experience of communicating with external bodies and clubs.

The individual would be responsible for all aspects concerned with the planning and running of these Events, including pool hire, arranging Technical Officials (in conjunction with the STO Convenor), organising programmes, medals, catering etc. This list is not exhaustive.

To ensure that all tasks are planned and managed, this position will have the full support of the Management Committee Members, Club Members and all Parents.

This is a key role within the Club and we urge anyone who is interested to give it their full consideration.
